Rock of epic, grand proportions

Today we were lucky to get a couple of choice tracks from the epic Below the Stones.
First up is “Goliath” which eases you in gently before absolutely crushing your speakers. This is modern metal as it should be. The vocals paint an epic, mythical picture whilst one moment being as sweet as sugar before ripping into a ferocious roar. The guitar winds in and out with some very impressive solo work. There are so many ideas here that gel together so well. This truly is an epic song with more twists and turns than a game of Snakes and Ladders. It really needs to be heard and heard loud.
The next track “Oscillation” is a far more immediate affair with a riff that will not leave your head for days. The drumming on this track crushes and drives the song along. The haunting verse vocal makes this song very unique. What we love about Below the Stones is the sheer volume of styles, sounds and ideas they manage to blend into one song. This is perfectly summed up in this song. Its expansive, brutal and beautiful all at the same time whilst offering something very unique and new.
We need more songs from you guys!
